Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ollasync (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and product. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service well.

Information we collect

  • Account data — your name, email and authentication provider when you sign up.
  • Workspace content — the messages, files, contacts and meeting transcripts your team creates in the product.
  • Usage data — basic logs needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

How we use information

  • To provide and maintain the product, including the knowledge graph and Halo AI features.
  • To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
  • To communicate with you about your account and the service.

AI and your content

Halo answers only from the channels a user is a member of, and links its answers to their sources. We do not use your private workspace content to train third-party foundation models.

Sharing

We don’t sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the product, under appropriate confidentiality and security terms, or where required by law.

Security & retention

Workspaces are isolated from one another, access is role-based, and sensitive actions are audited. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your account data, and export or remove workspace content. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
